Project Description
In the tobacco production line, the very high production of cigarettes and the minimization of waste are important.
Tobacco begins its processing in leaves, then it’s minced and well mixed by special hoppers which bring the product into the “baco molding machine”. By that time another part of the line inserts the filter which was previously prepared and the cigarette is closed.
The last parts of the line are the formation of the package by bundling and packing and, finally, the formation of the batten.
All this complicated process happens at speed close to 20000 cigarettes per minute!
Our firm worked also on some special filtering machines such as mentholated filters, which contain a sphere that, when manually crushed, releases that particular aroma.
