Everything you buy in a stationery or at the supermarket, or which generally has a large distribution, is built and assembled by automated assembly lines.
Trippa e Longhi technical firm worked on assembly lines of batteries for phones and electric cars, capacitors, padlocks and keys, ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils which you use every day in your offices.
The biggest difficulty is often to grab and orientate those microscopic components (sometimes even smaller than 1 mm) that are to be inserted into compartments or holes and mounted in a precise order.
