Trippa e Longhi’s employees and collaborators have got good mental flexibility, which allows them to switch from a CAD software to another and from a type of machinery to another. This is fundamental to us, as we work for different customers and with different software.
Humility and desire to learn and improve themselves complete the profile, as well as the ability to work in team.
